PJ’s big night out

Our small floolight rig is all ready for PJ’s big night out on Saturday. This rig is available for hire (£50 per day, 2 rigs + controller) and is part of our range of lighting.
It has the advantage of being able to run off a single 13 Amp socket so is ideal for smaller events.
New additions to hire stock.

New additions to our event stock include this 2m x 1m aluminium staging platform. Ideal when all you need is a podium not a full stage. It’s very strong with removable legs and the platform can also be dismantled if necessary into 4 sections.
We also have these really useful weatherproof (IP55) connector boxes which enable temporary use of up to 4-way 13 Amp plug connection using extension reels or trailing plug boards.
Beat the Bolt

Here’s Jon setting up the equipment earlier this week for our virtual ‘Beat the Bolt’ challenge. You run on the spot and appear to be in the world record race with time and distance counting down very fast!
You can take part in this, our video booth and many other activities until Sunday at Enginuity, Coalbrookdale.
Filming trucks

A very cold day was spent filming an assortment of vans, trucks and trailers at Allports Group HQ, Fradley. We’re hosting web video productions for them and their new ‘Allports TV’ channel.
Hosting web video is a new service wre’re providing which eliminates many of the problems that can happen when using other services such as YouTube. Packages can be provided on a monthly basis, tailored to your requirements.
Prep for Telford Torchlight Parade

We’ve been testing and tweaking the lighting and sound for Telford Town Park’s torchlight parade.
The new staging podium has come in useful already. Fingers crossed for good weather next week!
Froggie mastered!

The latest album by Raymond Froggatt is called ‘Movin on’ and is on sale now.It was mastered at Scadge Studios by Trev who also works with the band for their live shows.
They’re due to open the Wembley International Country Music Festival later this month and will also be playing for Narvel Felts and George Hamilton IV. They’re the only British band playing at the event.
